Every time I brought my mother's 2002 Honda Civic to Honda of Thousand Oaks we never waited long, and got treated like a VIP customer.
Went to charge my clarity using one of their public chargers. Some dealership cars were blocking the access to the charger. While a service rep wasn't at all helpful, just saying "oh yea there are some cars parked there" another gentleman from the sales manager's office immediately moved those cars away, providing access to the charger for me.
Such a nice gesture during a busy day. Thanks HOTO!
Excellent, excellent customer service. When I arrived for service I was assisted right away. Jess was my service personnel and she was so happy to accommodate me in every way, understood all of my concerns.
I made the mistake of taking my car to DCH Honda of Oxnard and will never return there. So happy to have a place I feel so great and comfortable taking my car to!
