We not only prefer to promote from within we do it all the time. The vast majority of our management team started off in entry level positions. For many of our highly compensated technicians, service directors and even general managers - an Swickard Auto Group dealership was their first job in the automotive industry. They changed oil, parked cars, answered phones and learned the business. We pay for our employees to be trained and receive many major certifications.
